Brand reference

Grayline style guide.

The colors, type, and imagery that make the Grayline brand look like itself, on every page.

Palette

Color palette.

Concrete
#6E6E6E

Page background. Raw slab grey, the base everything else sits on.

Surface
#6B6B6B

Cards and panels. A half-tone deeper than the page for quiet separation.

Off-White
#F2F0ED

Primary text and reversed type. Warm white, like cured cement dust.

Burnt Orange
#D4622A

Primary accent. Oxide-stain orange for CTAs, rules, and emphasis.

Rust
#A8491C

Accent shadow. The hover and gradient partner to the burnt orange.

Type

Typography.

Syne

Display / headings

Spectral

Display headings are set in Syne, uppercase, tight and structural like formwork. Body copy is Spectral, a serif that keeps long passages readable and gives the brand an editorial, design-magazine voice. Three heading sizes, never a fourth.

Imagery

Imagery direction.

Moody architectural concrete interior

Architectural, Not Industrial

Photograph concrete the way a design magazine would: warm light, real texture, a clear focal point. Never a muddy job-site snapshot.

Polished concrete floor with reflections

Show The Finish

Favor images where the surface itself is the subject, catching light and revealing grain, aggregate, or sheen.

Finishers working a fresh concrete slab

Honest Craft

Crew and process shots are welcome when they show real hands doing real finishing work, in hi-vis, on an actual pour.
