How long before we can walk on and use a new floor?

You can usually walk a finished slab in 24 to 48 hours. Heavy furniture and full use come after the sealer cures, which is typically 7 days. We give you an exact schedule for your system at the sample-board stage.

Does polished or sealed concrete crack?

Concrete moves, so we control where it cracks instead of pretending it will not. Saw-cut and tooled control joints are placed by design, and on decorative work we lay them out to read as part of the pattern.

Can you finish concrete that is already poured?

Often, yes. Existing slabs in sound condition can be ground and polished, skimmed with microcement, or coated with resin. We test and moisture-check the slab first and tell you honestly if it is a candidate.

Is this work suitable for the Front Range climate?

Everything we pour outdoors is mixed, air-entrained, and sealed for freeze and thaw. Indoor floors are unaffected by weather. Climate is exactly why we do our own formwork and curing rather than sub it out.

Do you bring samples before we commit?

Always. Every project starts with a physical sample board in your actual color, finish, and sealer. You approve the real thing, not a photo, before any concrete is ordered.
