We stand behind our formwork, our placement, and our finishing. Concrete is a natural material that moves and cures for years, so an honest warranty is specific about what we control and what we do not. Here is ours, in plain language.
Workmanship guarantee
Every Grayline installation is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for two years from the day we walk the finished job with you. If a finish fails because of how we placed, finished, or sealed it, we come back and make it right at no cost.
Sealer and maintenance
Decorative and polished surfaces are sealed with a system matched to how the space is used. We provide a simple maintenance sheet at handoff, and we offer a resealing service so your floor or counter can be refreshed on schedule rather than replaced.
About cracking
Control joints are placed by design so that when concrete moves, it moves where we planned. Hairline cracking within a control section is normal behavior for the material and is not a defect. We will always explain what to expect for your specific slab before we pour it.
What is not covered
Damage from structural movement below our work, owner-applied coatings or cleaners, impact, or neglect of the maintenance sheet falls outside the guarantee. When something like that happens, we will still come look and give you an honest repair option.
